Lot: 48 Freeblown Globular Bottle, New England, 1783-1830. Bulbous form, medium yellow olive, applied round collared mouth - pontil scar, ht. 10 3/8 inches, greatest dia. 8 1/8 inches; (light exterior high point wear, a 2 1/2 inch interior surface bubble has lost most of it's cover glass). Similar in form and construction to MW color plate III, top left Sinewy strings of glass wind their way around the bottle. Generally fine condition.
