Lot: 132 Freeblown Covered Apothecary Storage Jar, possibly Pittsburgh district, Pittsburgh, Pennsylvania, 1840-1860. Cylindrical with two applied bands on body, domed cover with applied band, hollow knob and finial prunt, colorless with cobalt blue bands and finial prunt, tooled rim - pontil scar, ht. with cover 10 5/8 inches, greatest dia. 4 7/8 inches; (3/16 inch chip on edge of finial prunt).
