Lot: 166 Freeblown Pitcher, probably Lockport Glass Works, Lockport, New York, 1843-1860. Bulbous body flaring to rim with an applied solid handle and applied solid circular foot, medium sapphire blue, tooled flared rim with pour spout - tubular pontil scar, ht. 5 7/8 inches, greatest dia. 4 1/8 inches. Similar in form and construction to McK plate 13, #1 A beautiful and important piece treasured by knowledgeable collectors. Fine condition. Ex George S.
