Flattened bulbous form, brilliant amethyst, sheared mouth - pontil scar, ht. 4 3/8 inches; (mouth has been finely ground with no apparent loss to the height of the neck). Similar in form and construction to MW color plate II, #6 A brilliant and beautiful example.
