49 Pattern Molded Pocket Bottle, ribbed and swirled to the left, twenty four ribs, Midwest America, probably Zanesville, Ohio. 1820-1840. Golden amber, sheared mouth - pontil scar, height 4 7/8 inches.

50 Sunburst Flask, probably Baltimore Glass Works, Baltimore, Maryland. 1820-1830. Colorless with a very pale grayish amethystine tint, crudely sheared mouth - pontil scar, pint.
Similar to G VIII-22, the cross section of the base, however, is oval rather than triangular as noted in McKearins    An extremely rare color for this mold. Perfect.

Aquamarine, applied double collared mouth - smooth base, half pint; (some minor interior residue at the base. Rounded bottom supplied with a fairly good dose of clay to allow it to stand upright without wobbling).
G II-67    Virtually perfect, a good one.

Octagonal forms, shades of yellow olive, sheared mouth and flared mouth - pontil scars, height 1 3/4 inches and 3 1/2 inches; (the smaller example has mouth roughness probably done during manufacture and a small potstone, the larger example has 1/2 inch of the flared mouth missing).
Similar to C #526 and 528    The smaller example has a particularly nice color and is full of seed bubbles. The larger example is extremely rare. Brian Conant collection.
