LOT DESCRIPTION ITEM
13 Freeblown Milk Pan, probably a Wheeling, West Virginia (Virginia) factory. 1830-1850. Cylindrical with slightly flaring sides to an outward folding rim with a tooled double collared finish, cobalt blue with purple hue, tooled rim - pontil scar, ht. 3 7/8 inches, base dia. 6 3/4 inches, rim dia. 9 3/4 inches; (some interior usage wear as would be expected).
Beautiful color, fine condition.

14 Cornucopia - Urn Pictorial Flask, probably Lancaster Glass Works, Lancaster, New York. 1849-1860. Bright bluish green, sheared mouth - pontil scar, half pint.
Similar to GIII-14a except the circular impression is a dime sized protrusion in the fruit of the basket    Rare, strongly embossed, beautiful color, great condition.

15 Two Extremely Rare Pontil Medicine Bottles, "Cook's / Hair / Invigorator / Lewiston. ME." and "J.G.Cook & Bro / Druggists / Lewiston. ME.", America. 1840-1860. Rectangular and cylindical, aquamarine, double collared mouth and sloping collared mouth - pontil scars, ht. 6 inches and 7 1/2 inches.
Attic fresh. Both have interesting partial labels from Lewiston, Maine. Both have original corks and some content residue.

18 Pitkin Type Flask, ribbed and swirled to the right, 36 ribs, probably Pitkin Glass Works, Manchester, Connecticut. 1783-1830. Light medium yellow olive, sheared mouth - pontil scar, ht. 5 1/2 inches, greatest wdth. 3 1/2 inches; (tooling mark on neck is not damage, some light exterior highpoint wear).
Beautiful early bottle. Though the swirled portion of the flask is strong, the vertical ribs are faint.
