1 "Harrison's / Columbian / Ink" Bottle, America. 1840-1860. Cylindrical, sapphire blue, applied flared mouth - iron pontil mark, ht. 7 inches, dia. 3 1/2 inches; (two shallow 1/8 inch flakes from the thin portion of the flared mouth, some minor interior haze at one shoulder).
Similar to C #765    Beautiful color.

2 Lot of Three Freeblown Fancy Decorated Witch Balls, America. 1840-1880. Opaque lavender with deeper lavender swirls, colorless with profuse red, white and blue splotches and aqua with profuse red, white, yellow, green and blue splotches, dia. 4 inches, 4 1/4 inches and 5 3/4 inches.
Beautiful and colorful early witch balls.

Similar to MW plate 96 #1    A great example in color and condition. Smaller in size than the usual globular bottle.

6 "Estes / NY / Ink" Bottle, America. 1840-1860. Elongated octagonal tepee form, aquamarine, inward rolled mouth - tubular pontil scar, ht. 4 1/8 inches, base dia. 2 3/8 inches; (the plain panel to the right of "Estes" has a potstone with two 1/8 inch legs).
Similar to C #117    Brilliant glass, rare and unusual form.

7 Two Larson Type Pattern Molded Flasks, diamond daisy pattern and eighteen ribs slightly swirled to the right, possibly Emil Larson, New Jersey. 1920-1940. Amethyst, sheared mouths - pontil scars, ht. 5 7/8 inches and 4 1/4 inches.
Both are beautiful bottles, great color, fine condition and most unusual in size or pattern.

Finely executed, great size.

9 Pitkin Type Flask, thirty six ribs swirled to the right, probably Keene Marlboro Street Glassworks, Keene, New Hampshire. 1814-1830. Amethyst, sheared mouth - pontil scar, ht. 5 5/8 inches; (one quarter inch flat chip from the side of the mouth, six cut slash marks around the neck, impression weakens near base, some exterior highpoint wear).
H #241, plate V    No other example in this color has come to light. Sold in the Charles B. Gardner sale in 1975, lot 241. Extremely rare and beautiful.

10 Pitkin Type Inkwell, ribbed and swirled to the left, thirty six ribs, possibly Pitkin Glass Works, Manchester, Connecticut. 1783-1830. Inverted cone form, yellowish olive, tooled depressed mouth - pontil scar, ht. 2 1/4 inches, base dia. 2 1/4 inches; (two and a half inch crack circles the side near the base).
Same example as C #1141    Beautiful early Pitkin ink. Displays well despite damage. Extremely rare form. Ex William Covill collection, ex Robert and Muriel Heath collection.

GI-40b    Georgeous color. Great condition. Strong embossing. An interesting fold of glass behind General Taylor adds to the overall appearance.

Conical bowl with ten molded flutes and copper wheel engraving below the rim on a molded hexagonal standard with air bubble and circular base with folded rim, colorless, sheared mouth - pontil scar, ht. 7 5/8 inches, base dia. 3 1/4 inches, rim dia. 3 1/2 inches.
Wonderful condition. Great ornamentation.
