37 "Good Old Rye/In a Hogs" Figural Whiskey Bottle, America. 1860-1880. In the form of a pig, fiery opalescent milk glass with blue, green and red splotches, ground mouth - smooth base, lgth. 8 1/2 inches; (some mouth roughness and chips, probably done during the manufacturing).
A beautiful example. Rare in this color and mold.

38 "Farleys/Ink" Bottle, probably a Stoddard glasshouse, Stoddard, New Hampshire. 1845-1860. Octagonal, deep yellow olive, sheared mouth - pontil scar, ht. 1 3/4 inches, greatest dia. 1 7/8 inches.
Similar to C#526    A beautiful perfect example with strong embossing.

39 Blown Three Mold Celery Vase, possibly Boston and Sandwich Glassworks, Sandwich, Massachusetts. 1820-1840. Colorless, tooled rim - ground pontil scar, ht. 8 3/4 inches; (glass has some wear and scratches and appears crizzled which would have been done during manufacturing).
GV-21    There is an example, though engraved, and perhaps by Bakewell, Page and Bakewell, in the text, Pittsburg Glass by Lowell Ennis, page 159. A rare piece of blown three mold regardless of it's origin.

Cobalt blue, sheared mouth - pontil scar, pint; (some light interior haze may wash out, a manufacturer's striation line runs through the bust of Taylor and reflects light in some locations along the striation).
GI-40a    Beautiful color. Displays as perfect.

Similar in form to MW plate 89 #7    A beautiful example with fine pattern in great condition.

43 "Patd. Octr.18th 1864/& Mar 7th 1865/J. J. Squire/2" Fruit Jar, America. 1864-1880. Cylindrical, aquamarine, ground mouth with period glass lid identified in L#2693 - smooth base, quart; (3/4 inch bruise on the inside at the top of the mouth, glass lid has numerous chips and some grinding, some minor light interior haze).
L#2695, the example with three footed knobs and a single opening on the side of the mouth    A rare jar with lots of bubbles and a whittled appearance. This fruit jar is thought to have been made at the New London Glass Works, New London, Connecticut.
